Culinary delights of Marigold

 Hotel  Marigold  is  a 5-Star property in the heart of Hyderabad city  with a soothing Indian contemporary ambience. It is a seamless blend of modern five star luxury and classic Indian  architecture  is evident through the massive yet simple chandeliers, abstract interiors, traditional lamps and paintings adorning the walls.
The three F & B properties at Marigold provide an enriching dining experience. Saffron Soul is an all day dining World Cuisine outlet which serves authentic dishes from the kitchens of the world, ranging from Indian to Mexican to Continental. 
Mekong is the fine dining Pan Asian restaurant which gets its name from the Mekong River that flows through seven countries, thus allowing the guests to experience the culinary delights of these seven countries. The guests can savor authentic dishes ranging from Japanese, Mongolian, Burmese and Indonesian. The highlight of Mekong is its distinctive interiors and ambience that stands by its name, with blue walls, ceiling resembling waves and genuine Indonesian cutlery giving it a true aqua/river like feel.Mekong is unique because it is one of the very few Pan Asian Specialty outlets in the city, serving authentic Pan Asian food. The Chef, Mr. T. Mukherjee specializes in Pan Asian cuisine, with decades of experience, therefore putting the most authentic and original tastes on the table.
Mystique Lounge is a chic lounge that specializes in serving Single Malt, leaving a mark with its out-of-the-box interiors and unique ambience.
The Executive Chef of Hotel Marigold is Mr. Partha Chakravarathy, who has a rich culinary experience of over 25 years and is currently the Executive Chef. Having worked with renowned hotel chains like The Taj and Le Meridian, among others, he also carries vast international exposure where he has conceptualized, planned, managed F&B services and guest services and set award winning standards for the same.
