On this special event, Kava, the all-day dining restaurant, and The Mangrove will transform into hubs of diverse flavors and cultures, orchestrated by the culinary maestros, led byChef Arabinda Seth, Executive Chef at Fairfield By Marriott Kolkata. The talented students from IIHM Hotel Management College, under the guidance of Chef Sanjay Kak, Director of Culinary Arts at IIHM will join forces to create a unique and memorable dining experience.
Food enthusiasts are invited to indulge in a feast of flavors featuring a wide array of signature specialties offering a diverse array of global food from different countries. The collaboration between Fairfield by Marriott Kolkata and IIHM promises to bring a blend of culinary expertise and innovative techniques to the table. This fusion of seasoned professionals and aspiring culinary talents ensures a dynamic and rich dining experience for patrons.
The food carnival will showcase an extensive selection of dishes, with each cuisine meticulously crafted to tantalize the taste buds. The menu will include signature Indian specialties such as âHariyali tawa paneerâ, âAmritsari Macchiâ, âBhuna keema ki chapliâ, âMurgh Galawatâ,â Dum Ka Murghâ, âPaneer Malihabadiâpromising a gastronomic adventure for the discerning palate. Additionally, patrons will have the opportunity to explore a scrumptious selection of global dishes like âKaeng Ped Gai â red chicken curryâ, âKhao pad sapproteâ, âHandmade Tagliolini with Arabiata sauceâ, âArabic Spice Whole Fish Traditional Oriental Rice with Mint Yogurtâ, âTurkish Style Potato Skins Half Baked Potatoes with A Selection Of Fillings, âGrilled chicken sushiâ, âCĂĄ Kho Tá»â (Vietnamese braised fish) from different countries like Thailand, China, Italy, Japan, Vietnam to name some, adding an interactive and immersive element to the culinary journey.
