Ms. Utsa Majumder has appointed as the General Manager of Hyatt Place Rameswaram, the new luxury property of hotel major, Hyatt Hotels Corporation. Prior to this Ms. Utsa works at Hyatt Place Pune/Hinjewadi as Assistant General Manager.
Hyatt Hotels Corporation has recently announced the opening of its first Hyatt Place hotel in the South Indian state of Tamil Nadu and the fifth Hyatt Place hotel to open in India. The new property is under the leadership of Utsa Majumder and Director of Sales Deepak Sharma. In her role, Utsa Majumder is directly responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the hotel, including overseeing the hotel’s 100 associates and ensuring guests encounter the thoughtful service for which the Hyatt Place brand is known. She was an alumnus of St. Xavier’s Institution Kolkata
The new luxury property, Hyatt Place Rameswaram consists of 101 spacious guestrooms and suites has developed by JKR Enterprise Limited and the hotel offers guests a convenient base for pilgrimages and leisure travel in the southernmost tip of India.
