Sheraton Grand Bengaluru Whitefield Hotel and Convention Center is all set to delight Bangalore’s food aficionados with a Japanese food festival featuring a selection of traditional ingredients and exotic cuisines at Inazia. Renowned Asian MasterChef Saiful, from JW Marriott Prestige Golfshire Bangalore, will lead this culinary extravaganza at INAZIA which is the hotel’s award-winning Pan-Asian restaurant.
Collaborating with Thai Expat Chef Rungtiwa Sorlae, Chef Saiful Agam aims to deliver an unparalleled culinary experience, showcasing their unique fusion of tastes and presenting the finest in Modern Japanese Cuisine. The three-day event which kick-starts from 22nd to 24th January promises to take diners on a journey to discover flavours from the mysterious Far East.
The key highlights of the festival include an exquisite selection of sashimi, featuring favorites like Salmon, Hamachi, and Tako Octopus. Sumono, a Japanese culinary essential, takes center stage and is served with Miso Siru and Veg Clear soup, offering a perfect balance of flavors and textures with ingredients like wakame, silken tofu, scallion, and shimeji mushrooms. INAZIA will be adorned with traditional Japanese-style decor, featuring elements like Origami and Sakura decorations.
