This growth was driven by a 10% rise in OTA sales during the same period, facilitated by the real-time distribution capabilities of AxisRooms Channel Manager solution.

Manual updates of rates and availability across seven OTAs proved inefficient and error-prone, leading to overbookings and guest dissatisfaction. Additionally, the group struggled to enhance its online visibility and reach a wider audience, hampering revenue growth through OTA sales.
