The cuisines listed in the menu are traditional Chinese mantou or bao with different flavours such as corn spinach cheese bao, Mushroom bao, glass noodle bok choy bao, paneer bell pepper bao. For Non-Vegetarians, the options include BBQ chicken bao, pork shitake mushroom bao, chili chicken bao, and thai curry flavor bao. In addition, Chinese flat breads called bing, wheat noodles, mango sago pudding, were prepared to provide additional flavour. This food festival, apart from pleasing the palate, has some great gigs and live music lined up.
