Cleartrip has introduced unique flight and hotel booking perks for members of Flipkart Plus and Myntra Insiders, the loyalty programs for Flipkart and Myntra. This strategic decision underscores the commitment to boosting customer satisfaction and loyalty across the Flipkart Group, including Cleartrip and Myntra.
The program is designed to maximize user benefits with every transaction. Cleartrip will provide an array of Value-Added Services (VAS), extending these perks to loyal customers of the Flipkart group companies.
Key Features of the Flipkart Group Companies Benefits Program:
Flipkart VIP: VIP members can access ClearChoice Max (free cancellation/rescheduling of flight bookings) for just ₹1 and receive up to 15% additional discount on hotel bookings via the Cleartrip App.
Flipkart Plus Premium: Members can use ClearChoice Plus (free flight rescheduling) for ₹99 and get up to 10% additional discount on hotel bookings through the Cleartrip App.
Myntra Insider – Icon & Elite: Icon members enjoy ClearChoice Plus (free flight rescheduling) for ₹1, while Elite members get the same benefit for ₹99. Both tiers receive up to 15% additional discount on hotel bookings on the Cleartrip App.
These benefits are now available to Flipkart customers (VIP & Plus Premium) and Myntra Insiders (Icon & Elite). Cleartrip’s ClearChoice program offers travellers the flexibility to modify or cancel their flight bookings and save on hotel bookings, ensuring a stress-free booking experience with minimal costs for last-minute changes.
