Courtyard by Marriott Bengaluru ORR welcomed the most anticipated festive season with much joy. Illuminating the Christmas Tree in their Tree Lighting Ceremony with the hotel guests, and business partners from the city were treated to Christmas carols by the kids from Ashraya NGO.
The evening was marked with merriment, laughter, and gaiety with live carol singing, the lighting of the dazzling Christmas tree, and a special surprise from Santa. The tree was meticulously worked over for a few days by the hotel team under the guidance of the Chief Engineer. Once the tree was ready, it was painted and decorated with hues of red and white illuminating the hotel lobby. The event kicked off with a welcome speech from the General Manager, Sushma Khichar to the tree lighting followed by the carols sung by the kids of Ashraya NGO. Soon after Santa Claus entered with a bag filled with chocolates and gifts which excited the bunch of children. Gourmet Christmas feasting was curated by the Executive Chef, Sajid Patel, displaying an array of delicacies for high tea along with Mulled Wine and other Christmas delicacies.
Speaking on the special occasion, General Manager, Sushma Khichar expressed, “It now feels like Christmas. The hotel is lit up in the spirit of Christmas and we have been waiting to usher in the festive season. We are thrilled to ring in the festivities with our guests, kids from the Ashraya NGO, and the entire hotel team”
A stellar display of festive treats right from ‘Plum Cake’, ‘Mince Pie’, ‘Dundee Cake’, and various ‘cookies’ was laid out for the guests to taste. The evening ended on a high note of revelries to commence the season bright and bring in festive cheer for our guests.
