Rajasthan Hospitality & Tourism Stakeholders Meet -2025

The 3rd edition of Rajasthan Hospitality & Tourism Stakeholders Meet -2025, organized by ADTOI on the occasion of World Tourism Day was held on 27th September 2025 at Hotel Bhanwar Singh Palace, Jaipur. This initiative has brought together all travel fraternity and associations onto one platform-working collectively with the common objective of increasing tourist volume and generating higher revenue for Rajasthan. The event aims to unite stakeholders including Hotels, Tour Operators, Guides, Transporters, Ministry of Tourism, Government of India and Rajasthan Tourism to foster growth in the tourism sector.

ADTOI has always been an essential contributor to Rajasthan tourism development, covering diverse segments such as Heritage, Adventure, Wildlife, Healthcare, Leisure, Eco-Rural, Green Tourism, M.I.C.E., Pilgrimage, Golf Tourism, Weddings, Event Management, and more. This Meet provided a unique platform for interaction among Tour Operators, Event Managers, Holiday Planners, MICE Organizers and other stakeholders -offering valuable opportunities for networking and business expansion.

The Event emphasized collective efforts to showcase Rajasthan beyond its Rich Heritage, Culture, Forts, Palaces, and Deserts – focusing on Eco-Tourism, Rural Tourism, Wellness, Green Meetings, Wildlife, Sustainability and the promotion of lesser-known destinations to expand the tourism circuit of the state.

The event received overwhelming support from 17 regional and state associations- Federation of Hospitality and Tourism of Rajasthan, Rajasthan Association of Tour Operators, Indian Heritage Hotel Association, Hotel and Restaurant Association of Rajasthan, Hotel Federation of Rajasthan, Travel Agent Association of Jodhpur, Travel Agent Association of Udaipur , Hadoti Tourism Development Society,  Association of Event Entrepreneurs, Jodhana Hotels and Restaurants Society Jodhpur,Hotel Association Udaipur, Federation of Rajasthan Hotel Association , Hotel Association of Pushkar, Hotel Association of Tehla, Sariska Tourist Guide Federation of India, Federation of Tourist Guides Association , Jaipur Tourist Guide Association, contributing immensely to its grand success.

In recognition of outstanding contributions to the tourism and hospitality sector, the following distinguished personalities were honoured: Lifetime Tourism Legend Award -Mr. Surendra Singh  Shahpura (Senior Vice President, FHTR), Lifetime Hospitality Award- Man Singh Kanota, Tourism Virasat Award- Mr. Sukhdev Singh(VP RATO), Lifetime Tourism Award-Mr. Arun Jinadal, Lifetime Ratna Awards-MS. Madhuvanti Singh, Lifetime Tourism Service Award-Mr. R.K. Bhati, Lifetime Tourism Service Award-Mr. Sanjay Patni, Lifetime Tourism Service Award-Mr. Pankaj Dharendra

This initiative was taken to bring the entire travel fraternity and allied associations onto one common platform, with the shared vision of increasing tourist inflow and enhancing tourism revenue for Rajasthan.

True Gaon was felicitated for its commendable contribution towards promoting Eco, Rural Tourism and Sustainability. True Gaon is a unique initiative dedicated to bringing the true essence of Indian villages to life. It offers eco-friendly village stays, sustainable travel experiences, and green corporate events, all designed to connect people with nature and local culture.
