Novotel Visakhapatnam Varun Beach has announced the appointment of Abhishek Krishna as the Director of Talent and Culture. In his role, he will be spearheading the talent acquisition and culture teams for one of the flagship properties Of Novotel in India. Mr. Krishna will also oversee all organizational human resources functions, including recruitment, hiring processes, onboarding, compensation, employee relations, and professional development.
With 14 years of hospitality experience and a deep understanding of talent acquisition, he will be prominent in managing the entire HR and training functions.
