Qatar Airways, renowned as the ‘Best Airline in the Middle East’, is set to showcase its groundbreaking AI-powered digital human cabin crew, Sama 2.0, at the Arabian Travel Market (ATM) Dubai, taking place from May 6th to 9th, 2024.
Embodying the future of travel technology, Sama 2.0 represents a significant leap forward in delivering exceptional service and hospitality within the global travel and tourism sector. As part of ATM’s 31st edition theme, ‘Empowering Innovation: Transforming Travel Through Entrepreneurship’, Qatar Airways invites industry experts and travel partners to engage with Sama 2.0 – the second generation of the world’s first AI-powered digital crew.
Sama 2.0 stands ready to provide real-time assistance to travellers, offering curated travel experiences and addressing inquiries ranging from Qatar Airways FAQs to destination recommendations and support tips.
To facilitate seamless interaction, passengers can engage with Sama through QVerse, Qatar Airways’ immersive digital platform, or via the Qatar Airways app.
During the event, Qatar Airways will unveil its state-of-the-art exhibition pavilion at Hall No. 2 ME1450. The pavilion will feature a multi-sensory pod offering an immersive exploration of the award-winning Qsuite, showcasing the airline’s commitment to luxury and comfort.
Visitors will have the opportunity to experience Qatar Airways’ aircraft interiors, including the renowned Business Class – Qsuite and Economy Class cabins, as well as navigate Hamad International Airport (HIA), recently awarded ‘World’s Best Airport’ by Skytrax in 2024, and explore Al Safwa First Class Lounge and Al Mourjan Business Class Lounge.
Sama 2.0, alongside the Qatar Airways team, will be available to assist guests and trade partners at ATM Dubai, Dubai World Trade Center, Hall no. 2 ME1450, from May 6th to 9th, 2024.
