With the grand celebration of Durga Puja just around the corner, Courtyard by Marriott Bengaluru Hebbal is all set to present “Amaar Shonar Bangla Theme Dinner,” a delightful Bengali food festival running from October 3rd to October 12th, 2024. Led by Executive Chef Rajeev and his talented culinary team, this festival promises an unforgettable culinary experience, bringing the vibrant flavours of Bengal to the city.
The nine-day Bengali Food Festival will pay homage to the authentic and diverse flavours of Bengal, celebrating a perfect fusion of local ingredients with timeless Bengali favourites. Guests can indulge in a variety of festive delicacies that embody the spirit of Durga Puja, creating a memorable dining experience.
Chef Rajeev, known for his mastery of Bengali cuisine, has curated a menu that takes diners on a culinary journey through Bengal’s rich heritage. Highlights include signature dishes such as Bhapa Mach, Jhinge Aloo Posto, Chicken Dak Bungalow, and Mutton Kolkata Biryani.
In addition to the dinner spread, a special themed Sunday Brunch on October 6th will showcase beloved Bengali classics like Shorshe Maach, Kosha Mangsho, Chingri Malai Curry, and the iconic Kolkata Kathi Roll, adding an extra touch of festivity to the Durga Puja celebrations.
