Mr. Sanjeev Mandal, a seasoned hospitality professional, has taken charge as the General Manager at Le Méridien Hyderabad. With over 20 years of experience with Marriott International, Sanjeev is a visionary leader with a deep understanding of luxury hospitality, guest preferences, and market dynamics in tier-1 cities. Before this, he was serving as the General Manager of Courtyard by Marriott Chennai.
His strategic leadership at Courtyard by Marriott Chennai positioned the hotel as a top urban destination, driving market growth and a premium pricing strategy. At Le Méridien Hyderabad, Mandal aims to enhance the hotel’s brand presence, elevate guest experiences, and strengthen Marriott’s position in the city.
Mandal began his career in Food & Beverage operations, excelling in fine dining and large-scale catering before advancing to leadership roles at various Marriott properties. In 2017, he was General Manager of Fairfield by Marriott Kathmandu. He also worked as the Hotel Manager at Fairfield by Marriott Lucknow and as the Operations Manager at Fairfield by Marriott Bengaluru.
