The UDS Group of Hotels has announced the second edition of the Cocktail Live Contest, a one-of-its-kind celebration in India, on the occasion of World Cocktail Day, on May 13th, at the prestigious Uday Samudra Leisure Beach Hotel, Kovalam.
This unique event will witness participation from top cocktail creators, mixologists, and beverage artisans representing renowned hotels, pubs, and night lounges across Kerala. The contest is designed as a platform for these talented professionals to showcase their creativity, flair, and expertise in the art of mixology.
A distinguished panel of expert judges with deep knowledge in mixology and beverage innovation will evaluate each performance based on a set of professional parameters, including technique, presentation, innovation, and flavour profile.
Winners will be recognised with trophies, certificates, and cash prizes, while all participants will receive certificates of participation. Entry to the contest is free, but restricted to working professionals from the hospitality industry.
This vibrant celebration will be attended by leaders from the travel and tourism sector, hotel guests, airline and hospitality associations, and representatives from beverage and food production companies.
The primary objective of the Cocktail Live Contest is to honour and promote the talent, skills, and creativity of hospitality professionals in the field of mixology, not to endorse alcohol consumption or beverage brands.
