At Opus, the hotel will host a lively brunch, “Nostalgia Meets Indulgence,” incorporating classic board games and innovative culinary creations. This family-focused event promises an afternoon of laughter, play, and comforting meals. The menu begins with “Opening Moves” like Father’s Fresh Fungi Toast and Beet & Carrot Falafel. A limited-edition cocktail menu, described as bold, inventive, and expertly shaken, will complement the music and the panoramic city views.
The culinary offerings at AER include “groove-inducing” bites like Rooster Rebel Chicken Sliders and Flat & Furious Pulled Pork Flatbread, alongside main courses such as the Riga-lamb Rocker Rigatoni. Desserts like Burnt Bliss Basque Cheesecake and Rock ’n’ Rocher Brownie aim to ensure dads leave feeling like “legends.”
