DoubleTree by Hilton Gurugram Baani Square has announced the return of its popular dining concept, “Chefs of Hilton.” This culinary journey aims to reintroduce long-forgotten recipes and transport guests through India’s rich and diverse regional food traditions.
A Nostalgic Culinary Expedition

Themed “Curated with Care, Timeless Flavours Rediscovered,” this special initiative features 18 distinct dishes, thoughtfully prepared and presented in a traditional thali format. From the vibrant street food of Kolkata to the royal kitchens of Rajasthan, “Chefs of Hilton” brings together some of India’s most cherished regional flavors.
Executive Chef Bishan Negi leads this culinary endeavor, leveraging his extensive experience in the global hospitality industry. Under his guidance, the talented team at DoubleTree by Hilton Gurugram Baani Square is presenting dishes that are authentic, original, and bursting with flavor.
“At DoubleTree by Hilton Gurugram Baani Square, we see our kitchen as more than just a space for cooking; it’s an arena of artistry where our chefs are not merely culinarians but true creators,” said Chef Bishan Negi. “‘Chefs of Hilton’ is a concept designed to celebrate our culinary artists and offer our guests a unique opportunity to experience Indian culture through its rich cuisine.”
