JW Marriott Mumbai Sahar has appointed Peter Sethi as its new Assistant Director of Food & Beverage. With an impressive career spanning over sixteen years in the hospitality industry, Peter brings a wealth of experience and a distinguished reputation for elevating food and beverage operations.
Peter has extensive experience with several esteemed hospitality brands, and his journey reflects his exceptional ability to lead and innovate diverse dining concepts. He most recently served as the Director of Restaurants and Bars at JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu. Prior to that, he held key positions at renowned establishments including Marriott International, Accor Hotels, Essar Group, Hyatt Hotels, and The Taj.
In his new role, Peter will work alongside the Director of Food & Beverage to refine dining concepts, optimize operations, and craft unique guest experiences that align with the hotel’s commitment to luxury and exceptional service.
