The Residency Towers Coimbatore appoints  Chef Vinod Kumar As Its New Executive Chef to Elevate Culinary Experience

The Residency Towers Coimbatore, the luxury property from brand The Residency Group of Hotels, has announced the appointment of Chef Vinod Kumar as the new Executive Chef. With a rich culinary background and over 2 decades of experience, Chef Kumar brings an innovative approach and global perspective to the hotel’s renowned culinary offerings.

Chef Kumar specializes in European, Indian and Middle Eastern cuisine. His innovative style towards seamlessly blending authentic flavor with contemporary approach has been favorite among his diners. His expertise in international cuisines, regional cuisines, and contemporary dining trends, makes him a valuable addition to the hotel’s leadership team.

In his new role, Chef Kumar will oversee all culinary operations, including the hotel’s signature restaurants – Chin Chin – The Pan Asian specialty restaurant and Afghan Grill offering its diners flavorful cuisine of the North-West Frontier. He would also be at the helm of curating innovative culinary offerings at banqueting and personalized in-room dining. He aims to further enhance the culinary identity of The Residency Towers by focusing on sustainability, local ingredients, and elevated guest experiences.
