Ms. Lata Pande, a seasoned hospitality professional, has been appointed as the new General Manager of the Holiday Inn Express Gurugram, Sector 50.
Lata Pande brings nearly two decades of comprehensive experience from the hospitality industry, having held leadership positions with prestigious brands such as Oberoi and Marriott. Her academic credentials include a Bachelor’s degree in Tourism & Travel Management from Lucknow University, complemented by a Post Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management (PGCHRM) from the renowned XLRI, Jamshedpur.
Ms. Lata’s career journey began with Oberoi Hotels. She subsequently took on various leadership roles at properties like Suryagarh in Jaisalmer and the Westin Gurgaon. Notably, she also expanded her corporate acumen by managing Administration and Operations at Billerud, a Swedish packaging paper company. Immediately prior to this role, she served as the Director of Operations & Business Development (North India) for BluSalzz Hospitality, where she was responsible for boosting operational efficiency and business growth across multiple properties.
In her capacity as General Manager, Lata Pande will be responsible for daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining the highest service standards at the Holiday Inn Express Gurugram, Sector 50. Her key focus areas will include team empowerment, operational streamlining, and delivering a value-rich stay for both business and leisure guests.
