Isola Di Cocco Ayurvedic Beach Resort, one of Kerala’s renowned wellness destinations located at Poovar, Trivandrum, has welcomed back Mr. Niseedh Raghavan as General Manager. A seasoned hospitality professional with over two decades of experience, Niseedh’s return marks a significant milestone for the resort as it continues to strengthen its position as one of India’s finest Ayurveda and wellness retreats.
Mr. Niseedh has been associated with Isola Di Cocco since January 2000, steadily climbing the career ladder from Assistant F&B Manager to F&B Manager, and later serving as General Manager for more than a decade. Following the COVID-19 pandemic, in 2021, he took up an overseas assignment in Doha, Qatar, contributing to the operational and hospitality management efforts during the FIFA World Cup.


Throughout his illustrious career, he has demonstrated remarkable expertise in operations management, marketing, and strategic planning. His professional achievements include preparing and managing annual budgets, driving consistent business growth, implementing effective operational strategies, and nurturing strong relationships with guests, partners, and suppliers.
A native of Thalassery, Mr. Niseedh is a Bachelor of Science in Hotel Management graduate from Srinivas College of Hotel Management, Mangalore. He began his career as a Receptionist at Mangalore International Hotel in 1998, later joining Uday Samudra Beach Resort, Kovalam, as a Management Trainee in 1999. His extensive experience in the Kovalam–Poovar belt helped him master diverse facets of hospitality, including operations, F&B, and marketing.
In recognition of his leadership excellence, Mr. Niseedh was honoured with the Best General Manager in India (2020) award at the International Travel Awards. His professional highlights also include successful pre-opening experiences with several hotels and resorts and the implementation of marketing strategies that resulted in 100% growth in customer base. He has represented his properties at multiple international roadshows, contributing to Kerala’s brand visibility in global markets.


Speaking on his return, Mr. Niseedh expressed heartfelt joy: “Even while I was away, my heart remained with Isola Di Cocco. I continued supporting the resort’s international marketing and ensured our loyal guests received the same trusted service. Now, with renewed energy and global exposure, I’m thrilled to return home and lead our team into a new phase of excellence. He added that the resort’s well-trained Ayurveda doctors, therapists, and culinary team continue to deliver authentic wellness experiences, combining comfort, rejuvenation, and Kerala’s traditional hospitality.
