Hospitality veteran brings multi-brand experience to strengthen hotel’s guest services leadership
Crowne Plaza Kochi has appointed Mittu Alex as Front Office Manager, bolstering the hotel’s leadership team as it continues to record strong guest satisfaction scores.
Alex joins from Hilton Trivandrum, bringing extensive experience across multiple international hospitality brands. His career spans roles with IHG Hotels, Marriott Hotels, Raintree Hotel, and Radisson Hotels, providing him with comprehensive expertise in service delivery, operational management, and guest relations.
In his new position, Alex will oversee all front office operations at the Kochi property, focusing on maintaining service standards and enhancing guest experiences from arrival through departure.
The appointment comes as Crowne Plaza Kochi maintains consistently positive Guest Love Scores, reflecting the hotel’s emphasis on personalized service and guest engagement.

His diverse background across multiple hotel chains has equipped him with understanding of various operational systems and service approaches, experience he will apply to his role at the IHG property.
Outside his professional responsibilities, Alex pursues travel and explores different destinations and cultures. He maintains an active lifestyle, participating in cricket, volleyball, and badminton.
