ITB India 2026 to Take Place from 1–3 September at Jio World Convention Centre in Mumbai
ITB India has confirmed revised dates for its 2026 edition, moving the event forward by a single day to run from 1 to 3 September at the Jio World Convention Centre in Mumbai. Previously scheduled for 2 to 4 September, the three-day B2B trade show now opens a day earlier – a minor calendar adjustment that leaves everything else about the show’s ambition and format firmly intact.
Now in its fourth in-person edition, ITB India returns alongside its co-located events MICE Show India and Travel Tech India, collectively forming one of the most comprehensive trade platforms for the Indian and South Asian travel industry. This year’s overarching theme – “Future of Travel, Built Together” – signals a continued focus on collaboration and structured business outcomes over the spectacle of a conventional trade fair.
Scale, Buyers, and Business at the Centre

The numbers expected for 2026 reflect the show’s growing weight in the regional travel calendar. Organisers are anticipating upwards of 100 exhibitors and more than 3,000 participants from across the globe, with over 400 qualified buyers from India and South Asia attending as part of the Hosted Buyers’ Programme. For international and national exhibitors, that translates into a concentrated, high-intent audience that is difficult to replicate outside of a structured trade environment.
Saurabh Shukla, Head of Sales at ITB India, was direct about where the show’s priorities lie. “With ITB India 2026, we are sharpening our focus on what truly matters: strong business outcomes,” he said. “By facilitating targeted connections between sellers and qualified buyers within a focused and highly efficient trade environment, we create the foundation for lasting partnerships and continued industry growth.”
Each exhibitor will have access to up to 33 pre-scheduled meetings with qualified buyers alongside full access to the exhibition floor and conference sessions – a format designed to make every hour on the show floor count.
A Conference Built for the Moment
Running parallel to the exhibition, the ITB India Conference 2026 will feature more than 80 industry experts delivering over 1,400 minutes of curated content across sessions addressing the trends, challenges, and opportunities reshaping travel across the MICE, leisure, corporate, and travel technology segments. For delegates who want to think as well as trade, the conference track offers genuine depth.
Registration: Early Movers Rewarded
Exhibitor registration is open and booth space is filling. Companies keen to establish or strengthen their presence in the Indian and South Asian markets have until 15 May 2026 to take advantage of Super Early Bird pricing – a meaningful incentive for those who plan ahead. Buyer registration through the Hosted Buyers’ Programme is also open to professionals across the MICE, corporate, and leisure sectors.
For the broader Asia-Pacific travel trade calendar, ITB Asia, MICE Show Asia, and Travel Tech Asia follow in October at Marina Bay Sands in Singapore from 21 to 23 October, with Travel Meet Asia taking place earlier in Jakarta on 23 and 24 June.
ITB India 2026 at the Jio World Convention Centre remains, in sum, one of the most efficient routes into a travel market that continues to grow faster than almost anywhere else in the world.
