A Traditional Vishu Sadhya Comes to Hilton Garden Inn Bengaluru

This Vishu, Hilton Garden Inn Bengaluru Embassy Manyata Business Park is laying out a feast worth gathering for.

The hotel’s all-day dining restaurant, F5, is hosting a traditional Sadhya on 14th April – a sprawling vegetarian spread rooted in the culinary traditions of Kerala. Served on a banana leaf in time-honoured fashion, the meal features over 24 dishes prepared by the in-house culinary team, including Avial, Thoran, Kootu Curry, and an assortment of Payasam.

It’s the kind of meal that’s as much about ritual as it is about food – each dish placed in its customary spot on the leaf, eaten in the traditional sequence, in the company of people you’d want around a table.

Unlimited mocktails are available as an add-on for those looking to round out the afternoon.
