The Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI), in partnership with the Department of Tourism, Government of Odisha, will host the 7th edition of the Odisha Travel Bazaar (OTB) in Bhubaneswar from October 3 to 5, 2026. Registrations for the three-day trade event are now open, with organisers inviting leading domestic and foreign tour operators to participate as Hosted Buyers.
OTB 2026 is designed as an exclusive, structured Buyer–Seller Meet, bringing together international and domestic tour operators with Odisha’s tourism stakeholders over three days of dedicated business interactions. The event will open with a grand inaugural ceremony, followed by B2B meetings, presentations, a panel discussion, an exhibition, and familiarisation (FAM) trips across Odisha’s key tourism destinations. Organisers say the show’s core objective is to aggressively promote Odisha’s destinations to domestic buyers from across India, strengthening the state’s positioning within the domestic tourism market while also creating meaningful opportunities with inbound foreign trade.

Odisha has steadily grown into one of India’s most sought-after tourism destinations, offering a wide spread of experiences, from pristine coastlines and national parks to heritage monuments, wildlife sanctuaries, tribal culture, and traditional arts and handicrafts. OTB 2026 aims to leverage this diversity to draw participation from leading foreign and domestic tour operators, as well as travel writers and bloggers, further elevating the visibility of “Brand Odisha” on the national and international travel map.
Interested operators can register through two dedicated channels: Domestic Tour Operators (DTO) may apply at https://ficcibike.com/OTB-2026/dto-register-delegate.php, while Foreign Tour Operators (FTO) may apply at https://ficcibike.com/OTB-2026/fto-register-delegate.php. Organisers have laid out clear eligibility and process norms for prospective Hosted Buyers. Confirmation as a Hosted Buyer is subject to approval by the event’s Buyers Committee, and submitting the registration form does not by itself guarantee participation. International Applicants must not represent an Indian company, destination management company (DMC), hotel, or any tourism business already operating in India, and the Hosted Buyer invitation is applicable to only one senior representative per company. Companies or individuals that participated as Hosted Buyers in the previous two editions, OTB 2024 and OTB 2025, are not eligible to apply for OTB 2026. Seats are limited city-wise and will be allotted on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability.

With its blend of curated B2B meetings, immersive FAM tours, and a strong focus on inbound and domestic trade, the 7th Odisha Travel Bazaar is positioned to be a significant marketplace for tourism stakeholders looking to expand their footprint in Eastern India. As registrations continue, the event is expected to draw strong interest from tour operators keen to explore Odisha’s emerging tourism potential. For registration and further details, prospective Hosted Buyers may visit the official OTB 2026 registration portal.
