This two-day pop-up at Four Seasons is the third in a series of unique partnerships with Chef Pin; now showcasing the incredible talents of home chef Fatima Riyaz, whose passion and expertise infuse every dish with the rich heritage and diverse influences that characterize Bhatkal’s culinary legacy.

What Chef Fatima brings to this pop-up is more than just recipes; it is a genuine passion for preserving the authenticity of Bhatkali cuisine. Her soulful dishes tell a story of family traditions, cultural richness, and a deep connection to the roots of her culinary heritage. Chef Fatima’s transition from a homemaker to the founder of Lady & Ladle is a testament to her commitment to sharing the essence of home-cooked meals with a broader audience. “Treating family and friends visiting Bengaluru during the early years of raising my children to the flavours of our region became a tradition for me, and it is their appreciation that fuelled my culinary aspirations,” says Fatima.
