Mr. Ravindra Kumar G.P. has been appointed as the new Chief Human Resources Officer of Air India Limited, with his appointment taking effect on April 1, 2024. Reporting directly to CEO & MD Campbell Wilson, Ravi succeeds Dr Suresh Dutt Tripathi, who is retiring.
Bringing a wealth of experience from his tenure at General Electric Company, where he served for many years, including the last four as CHRO for South Asia, Ravi joins Air India from Tata Motors Limited, where he held the position of President & CHRO since 2018.
Commenting on the appointment, Campbell Wilson, CEO & MD of Air India, expressed enthusiasm about Ravi’s addition to the team and anticipated his valuable contributions to the airline’s ongoing transformation. He also extended gratitude to Dr Suresh for his exceptional service, highlighting his pivotal role in the company’s recent history and wishing him a fulfilling retirement.
