As India’s first female flair bartender, Ami will bring unparalleled skills and creativity to the chic rooftop lounge, promising an evening of extraordinary performances and exquisite cocktails.
Mr Ami Shroff, renowned for her flair bartending skills, will perform her signature routines and curate a special cocktail menu for the event. Known for her ability to juggle lit bottles and create visually stunning performances, Ami promises a night that intertwines art, performance, and mixology in a mesmerizing display. Her mastery of the air is matched by her precision in crafting cocktails, ensuring an unforgettable experience. Guests can look forward to exquisite creations like Flower Power, Martini de Garda, and The Aloft Remix, designed to enchant and delight.

The exclusive event, “Raising the Bar with Flair,” will take place on July 20, 2024, at Echo Lounge Bar, Aloft Bengaluru Outer Ring Road, starting at 8:00 PM. Additionally, from July 21 to July 31, 2024, guests can enjoy Ami’s specially curated cocktails, “Ami’s Signature Sips,” from 7:00 PM to 12:30 AM each night.
