Ms. Anjali Yadav IAS, the new Director of Tourism, at the Government of Jharkhand has taken responsibility last month, has been given additional charge of the Managing Director, of Jharkhand Tourism Development Corporation in a recent bureaucratic reshuffle by the chief minister of the state Mr. Hemant Soren.
Prior to the appointment of the tourism director, she was serving as the Deputy Commissioner of the Chatra district. Ms. Anjali, a native of Jharkhand, passed her Civil Services Exams in 2015 and was allotted the Nagaland Cadre. However, after getting married to the IAS Officer Mr. Bhor Singh Yadav, she was transferred to the Jharkhand cadre.
