The Government of Arunachal Pradesh has launched its new tourism policy and brand identity to position the state as a premier global destination. This strategic initiative aims to boost domestic and international tourism while promoting sustainable travel experiences. The state registered a 300% increase in foreign tourist arrivals (FTAs) and a 368.91% rise in domestic visitors in 2023. Mr. Pasang Dorjee Sona, Minister for Tourism, Education, RWD, Library and Parliamentary Affairs of Arunachal Pradesh, Mr. Ranphoa Ngowa, IFS Secretary Tourism, Mr. Mopi Mihu, Advisor to Minister Tourism and Member of Legislative Assembly, and Mr. Manjunath R, IAS Director Tourism. and other dignitaries shared insights during the launch event in New Delhi.
