Manju M.S as the Pastry Chef at Courtyard By Marriott Bengaluru Hebbal

Courtyard By Marriott Bengaluru Hebbal has announced the appointment of Manju. M. S  as the Pastry Chef, where he will be responsible for the design and creation of desserts, pastries, and bread across all the outlets at the hotel. With over 16 years of experience in the field of all things bakery, Manju brings with him a wealth of knowledge combined with a dynamic and innovative approach to the hotel’s eclectic culinary scene.

Manju‘s key responsibilities at Courtyard By Marriott Bengaluru Hebbal will be to bring innovation into the bakery and dessert operations. He will also enhance the gastronomic experience at Glazed, the in-house Deli, and one of Bangalore city’s most loved patisseries, with his signature dishes, which have won him many accolades and appreciation from the guests over the years.

Manju will bring his wealth of hospitality experience in demonstrating expertise across all disciplines, including pastry, bakery, sugar work, and chocolate. He is renowned for his highly detailed and ingenious creations such as chocolate showpieces breakfast pastry, bread, and buffet desserts. He also specializes in birthday and wedding cakes, pastry & molded chocolates, stollen bread, gingerbread, macarons, and much more.

Manju set foot in the culinary world in 2003 and since then he has worked with leading hospitality brands across various roles in the bakery department. Prior to joining Courtyard by Marriott Bengaluru Hebbal, he worked in TWG TEA in Qatar as Head Pastry Chef. An exceptionally committed hotelier with a strong work ethic and excellent planning skills, Manju loves creating something new and he puts his heart and soul into his creations.
