Ms. Ishita Ganguly has been appointed as Director of Sales and Marketing at the Courtyard by Marriott & Fairfield by Marriott Outer Ring Road Bangalore. With an exceptional track record in driving revenue growth and delivering unparalleled customer experiences, Ishita brings valuable expertise to the hotel’s dynamic team.
As the Director of Sales & Marketing, Ishita will lead the hotel’s sales and marketing initiatives, fostering seamless collaboration with various departments to implement successful strategies and identify areas for continuous improvement. Additionally, she will play a pivotal role in optimizing the hotel’s digital presence and enhancing its visibility across social media platforms.
A graduate of the Institute of Hotel Management, Bangalore, Ishita began her career as a corporate leadership trainee with Hyatt in Chennai. With a diverse background, she has worked with renowned brands such as Hyatt, Accor & IHG across various roles and cities in the country over the last decade. Before joining Courtyard & Fairfield by Marriott, she served as the Director of Sales and Marketing at Intercontinental Hotels and Resorts, Crowne Plaza Greater Noida.
Recognized for her outstanding achievements, Ishita completed Accor’s Global Leadership Program in 2022 and was a top finalist for Salesperson of the Year (Economy to Budget) by Hotelier India in 2019. Ishita’s extensive experience and expertise make her an ideal addition to the dynamic team at Courtyard & Fairfield by Marriott Outer Ring Road.
