This special event invites diners on a gastronomic journey through the diverse culinary landscapes of the Mewar and Marwar regions. Prepare your palate for the earthy notes of Ker Sangri, the rich spices of Gatte Ki Sabzi, the celebratory classic Dal Baati Churma, and the fiery zest of Laal Maas. Each dish is meticulously crafted to narrate a story of Rajasthan’s rich heritage, vibrant flavours, and festive spirit.
Sweet endings await with traditional delights like the honeycomb-textured Ghewar, while meat lovers can savour exquisitely grilled Lamb Chops. All these royal delicacies will be served in an ambiance designed to create an unforgettable dining experience.
