Food Square, a premium grocery brand in India, has announced the appointment of Ms. Bhavana Singh as its new Chief Marketing Officer. Bhavana Singh brings more than 15 years of extensive experience from both India and the U.S., having worked with prominent brands in the fashion, food, wellness, and culture sectors. Her most recent role was leading marketing at Bombay Shirt Company, where she established and scaled the marketing function, overseeing strategy, building an in-house creative team, and leveraging content to boost both visibility and sales. Singh’s approach is deeply informed by her understanding of contemporary Indian consumer lifestyles, values, and brand engagement.

Earlier in her career, she held leadership positions in creative and new business strategy at Burson India and Ketchum New York. Singh holds a Master’s in Corporate Communication from Baruch College, City University of New York.

At Food Square, Singh will be responsible for overseeing brand development, marketing initiatives, and growth strategies. Her focus will be on ensuring the marketing engine is both culturally resonant and commercially effective.
