FSHEROES” OF FOUR SEASONS HOTEL BENGALURU, CHALLENGING THE NORMS WITH EVERY CULINARY CREATION

Four Seasons Hotel Bengaluru will launch its newest installment of “FSheroes, Breaking Boundaries with Every Bite,” an exquisite culinary journey showcasing some of India’s most inspiring women chefs and nutritionists. Beginning February 29, 2024, this month-long celebration honors the trailblazing women who have defied the odds and made remarkable contributions to their fields, paying homage to these exceptional “sheroes.”

From February 29 to March 20, 2024, CUR8, the Hotel’s modern kitchen-style dining room and outdoor terrace, transforms into a hub of gastronomic excellence, featuring three talented home chefs presenting their signature cuisines and dishes, each infused with their unique stories of triumph.

Initiating the festivities is Specialty and Regional Home Chef Rachna Prasad, enchanting palates with the exquisite flavors of Bihari cuisine from February 29 to March 2. Rachna’s mission is to spotlight the diverse culinary heritage of Bihar, offering guests a firsthand experience of its delicious cuisine. As the recipient of the Notable HomeChef of India award, Rachna is renowned for her delectable dishes and innovative food presentations, believing in the transformative power of cooking with passion, creativity, and love.

Following suit is Joyadrita Chaterjee, tantalizing taste buds with the richness of Bengali cuisine from March 7 to 9. Joyadrita, known for her meticulous attention to detail, runs a Bengali food weekend takeaway service from her home kitchen in Chennai. Her dishes, rooted in tradition and bursting with authentic flavors, aim to transport diners to the heart of Kolkata.

Concluding this culinary voyage is Dilnawaz Fardoon Karkaria, guiding guests through the culinary wonders of Parsi cuisine from March 14 to 16. Since embarking on her culinary journey in 2009, Dilnawaz’s innovative creations, such as Mutton Dhansak, Chicken Farcha, and Dal-ni-Pori, have become household favorites, earning widespread acclaim.

But the celebration doesn’t stop there. Beginning this March, Infuse Spa at Four Seasons Bengaluru collaborates with renowned holistic nutritionist Gayathri Iyer. With expertise in functional blood analysis, holistic diagnostics, and integrative protocol design, Gayathri offers a comprehensive wellness program that complements the spa’s signature treatments and rituals. Through her evidence-based methods, Gayathri provides invaluable insights into wellness and balance at every level.
