Holiday Inn Cochin Appointed Mr. Lincoln Abraham as Assistant Director of Food & Beverage Service

Mr. Lincoln Abraham  is appointed  as Assistant Director – Food & Beverage Service at Holiday Inn Cochin, effective 21st July 2025.

Mr. Abraham brings with him over 15 years of distinguished experience in the hospitality industry, with a proven track record of driving excellence in Food & Beverage operations. His career spans leadership roles with some of the world’s most prestigious hospitality brands, including Zuri Kumarakom Resorts, Ramada Alleppey, Waldorf Astoria Ras Al Khaimah – UAE, Jumeirah in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, Grand Hyatt Kochi Bolgatty, and Crowne Plaza Kochi. He is renowned for his strategic insight, commitment to service excellence, and expertise in delivering exceptional culinary experiences.

A graduate in Hotel Management, Mr. Abraham completed the Management Training Program at Zuri Kumarakom and further enhanced his international exposure through an internship at Hyatt Regency, Maryland, USA.

Mr. Abraham is passionate about cinema, music, and culinary exploration.
