Mr. Manuj’s career commenced at The Oberoi Group, where he developed his skills from Front Office Assistant to Restaurant Manager. He furthered his journey at The Leela Kempinski, excelling as Banquet Manager and advancing to Assistant Director of Food & Beverage. His leadership journey continued at Crowne Plaza Delhi and JW Marriott Kolkata, where he thrived as Director of Food & Beverage. Most recently, he served as Director of Operations at Hyatt Regency Pune, steering the hotel’s daily operations with finesse.
