Indian Hotels Company (IHCL) has announced the signing of its first SeleQtions branded hotel in Sirmaur, Himachal Pradesh. This is a Brownfield property, slated to open in 2024.
Commenting on the signing, Ms. Suma Venkatesh, Executive Vice President – Real Estate & Development, at IHCL said, “The signing of this SeleQtions hotel at Sirmaur in Himachal Pradesh is another step in IHCL’s pioneering efforts to put new destinations on the country’s tourist map. It will open a new circuit of Chandigarh-Sirmaur, as well as augment our pilgrim offerings being in proximity to the historic Gurudwara Paonta Sahib. The 42-key hotel, spread over six acres offers panoramic views of the Shivalik range. It is located at a convenient driving distance from Chandigarh. It will house an all-day diner, a bar as well as an outdoor cafe. Other recreation facilities will include a spa, swimming pool, and fitness center.
