India Tourism Development Corporation Shows Strong Q1 Performance for FY 2025-26

The India Tourism Development Corporation (ITDC), a public-sector enterprise under the Ministry of Tourism, has released its financial results for the first quarter of the fiscal year 2025-26, demonstrating consistent growth.

The corporation posted a total turnover of Rs 92.48 crore and a Profit Before Tax (PBT) of Rs 12.90 crore for the quarter. This marks an improvement over the first quarter of the previous fiscal year, which saw a turnover of Rs 84.14 crore and a PBT of Rs 10.12 crore.

This steady performance is attributed to ITDC’s strategic focus on service excellence, business diversification, and customer satisfaction. The results highlight the corporation’s effectiveness in navigating market changes while upholding its commitment to quality and sustainability.

Ms. Mugdha Sinha, IAS, Managing Director of ITDC, commented on the results, stating, “This quarter’s performance reflects the consistent efforts our teams are making across every business unit.
