Asia’s premier travel trade show, ITB Asia 2023, concluded with resounding success, marking a significant 42% increase in attendance compared to the previous year. Featuring over 1,838 exhibitors and hosting more than 1,300 high-profile industry buyers, ITB Asia 2023 facilitated over 35,000 business appointments, nurturing long-lasting collaborations within the global travel industry.
ITB Asia, the foremost travel trade show in Asia, wrapped up its triumphant run today. A multitude of industry experts gathered to celebrate the world of travel and establish new connections at ITB Asia, held concurrently with MICE Show Asia and Travel Tech Asia, and complemented by a multi-track conference.
“The 2023 edition of ITB Asia sends a clear message: the global travel industry is back on track. We were delighted to welcome so many new entrants, and fresh faces – a promising sign for the industry’s sustainable future. ITB Asia Conference – A Wealth of Insights
The comprehensive conference program enhanced the ITB Asia experience, offering attendees a deeper understanding of the travel industry within the bustling exhibition halls. Under the theme “Accelerating Growth: Paving the Way for New Opportunities in Travel & Tourism,” the ITB Asia Conference brought together global thought leaders from various sectors, sparking dynamic discussions on critical subjects impacting the future of MICE, corporate travel, leisure travel, and travel technology. More than 160 speakers delivered over 4,000 minutes of presentations across 100 sessions spanning three days in three conference venues: the Knowledge Theatre, MICE Show Asia, and Travel Tech Asia.
ITB Asia Returns in 2024
Preparations are already in full swing for the 17th edition of ITB Asia, scheduled for October 23 – 25, 2024, in Singapore. Online booth registration for ITB Asia 2024 is currently open, with Super Early Bird rates available until October 31, 2023.
