Karnataka Tourism Forum to Host KTF Wellness Summit 2026 in Bengaluru on July 12

With wellness tourism emerging as one of the fastest-growing segments of the global travel industry, the Karnataka Tourism Forum (KTF) is set to organise the KTF Wellness Summit 2026 on Sunday, July 12, at Soul Nest Retreat, Pyramid Valley International, Bengaluru. The day-long summit aims to position Karnataka as a premier wellness tourism destination by bringing together leaders from the tourism, hospitality, wellness, healthcare, and travel industries.

Scheduled from 10:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., the summit will serve as an important platform for industry stakeholders to exchange ideas, explore emerging trends, and build strategic collaborations that strengthen Karnataka’s wellness tourism ecosystem.

The programme features an impressive line-up of sessions, including a Wellness Industry Seminar, a keynote address by renowned healthcare expert Dr. Narendra Shetty on “The Future of Wellness Tourism in Karnataka,” and a high-level panel discussion titled “Building Karnataka as India’s Leading Wellness Tourism Destination.” Participants will also enjoy guided wellness experiences at Soul Nest Retreat, along with dedicated networking sessions over lunch and tea.

The organisers have extended a special invitation to travel writers, bloggers, influencers, photographers, filmmakers, and digital content creators to experience and showcase Karnataka’s evolving wellness tourism offerings through their respective platforms.

Running alongside the summit is the Stillness Summit 2026, a thoughtfully curated two-night, three-day immersive retreat from July 11 to 13 at Soul Nest, Pyramid Valley International. Designed for wellness seekers, tourism professionals, creators, entrepreneurs, and conscious leaders, the retreat encourages participants to disconnect from the pressures of daily life and reconnect with themselves through mindfulness, meditation, and meaningful human interaction.

Located amidst tranquil greenery on Kanakapura Road, approximately 35 kilometres from Bengaluru, Pyramid Valley International is home to the world’s largest meditation pyramid built exclusively for meditation. The serene campus provides an ideal setting for deep relaxation, self-discovery, and holistic well-being.

Throughout the three-day retreat, participants will experience guided pyramid meditation sessions, mindfulness practices, silent nature walks through the Soul Nest campus, sunset silence sessions, sound bath experiences at Kabir Bhavan, wellness workshops, conscious networking circles, and discussions focusing on wellness tourism, mindful travel, sustainability, and collaborative innovation.

The programme also offers valuable opportunities for tourism stakeholders, influencers, storytellers, and travel content creators to network with industry leaders while capturing inspiring stories and authentic wellness experiences. Guests will enjoy wholesome Sattvik vegetarian cuisine, live music, peaceful moments by the pool, and dedicated spaces for reflection, creativity, and renewal.

According to the organisers, every aspect of the Stillness Summit has been carefully designed to promote calmness, creativity, collaboration, and purposeful living. Beyond professional networking and business opportunities, participants are expected to return with renewed clarity, stronger relationships, creative inspiration, and a deeper understanding of the growing importance of wellness tourism.

With global travellers increasingly seeking destinations that combine health, mindfulness, nature, and authentic experiences, initiatives such as the KTF Wellness Summit 2026 reinforce Karnataka’s ambition to emerge as one of India’s leading wellness tourism destinations while highlighting the state’s diverse natural and spiritual assets.
