The event, hosted from December 1st to 3rd, 2023, at stand number P7 in People’s Plaza, illuminated the diverse charm of Karnataka—a state celebrated for its vibrant traditions, architectural wonders, and culinary delights.
Attendees embarked on a visual journey through Karnataka’s architectural gems, spotlighting the grandeur of ancient temples, intricate carvings, and landmarks such as the UNESCO World Heritage Sites of Hampi, Pattadakal, and the Hoysala temples in Belur, Halebidu, and Somanathapur. Majestic forts like Bidar Fort and Bellary Fort, serene hill stations like Coorg, Chikmagalur, Sakaleshpura, and Kodachadri, as well as lively festivals such as Ugadi, Dasara, and Makar Sankranti, were featured alongside a culinary odyssey exploring Karnataka’s exquisite dishes like Bisi Bele Bath, Dosa, and Mysore Park. Interactive sessions and engaging exhibits immersed visitors in Karnataka’s historical wonders, scenic landscapes, and cultural legacy.
For nature enthusiasts, the event showcased Karnataka’s diverse wildlife, captivating visitors with images and videos of majestic tigers, graceful elephants, and the vibrant birdlife inhabiting the state’s lush forests.
Represented by Mr. Janardhan H P, Joint Director of Karnataka Tourism, and various tourism service providers like The Aurum Hotels & Resorts, Tripbanao, Five Sanctuaries Safari LLP, Hotel Malligi Private Limited, Mysore International Travel Pvt. Ltd, Intersight Tours & Travels (P) Ltd, The Yellow Bamboo Resort (Green Fields), Niraa Wellness, Hotel VBR Grand INN, BookForUs, Turquoise Holidays, SBIT Travels Pvt.
