Mr. Nishanth Nair Appointed Group Sales Head at Averina Hospitality Pvt. Ltd.

Averina Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. has announced the appointment of Mr. Nishanth Nair as Group Sales Head, marking a significant milestone in both the company’s growth trajectory and Nishanth’s distinguished hospitality career spanning nearly two decades.

Mr. Nishanth brings 19 years of comprehensive experience in luxury hospitality and business development to his new corporate leadership role. As he enters his 20th year in the industry, this appointment represents a strategic transition from unit-level and cluster responsibilities to group-wide sales leadership across Averina Hospitality’s expanding portfolio.

Averina Hospitality has maintained a trusted presence in Indian hospitality since 1986, operating iconic properties including Holiday Inn Resort Goa, The Red Ginger, and The Fisherman’s Wharf. The company’s rapidly expanding Essentia Hotels & Resorts portfolio encompasses Essentia Luxury Resort & Spa Udaipur, Essentia Luxury Hotel Indore, Essentia Premier Hotel Chennai, and Essentia Premier Pune, with numerous developments underway across India.

Throughout his career, Mr. Nishanth has established himself as a pre-opening expert, contributing to several prestigious luxury hotels and resorts. His portfolio includes significant roles at Hyatt Centric Soalteemode Kathmandu, Grand Hyatt Kochi Bolgatty, Hyatt Regency Thrissur, Hyatt Regency Trivandrum, Hyatt Regency Nairobi Westlands, Dream Hotel Cochin, SKS Qatar, Carnoustie Resorts, and Vibe Resorts.

Beyond traditional hotel management, Mr. Nishanth has demonstrated exceptional capability in managing VIP and hospitality services for major international events. His impressive event portfolio includes the Indian Super League, BCCI International Cricket Matches, Indian Ocean Naval Symposium, World Customs Organization Meet, G20 Summit, W20 Summit, and multiple international medical conferences. He has also championed responsible tourism through his involvement with Experience Nila, a sustainable community-driven tourism initiative by Hyatt Hotels.

Known for his “Care for People” philosophy, Mr. Nishanth emphasizes fostering strong relationships and driving success through teamwork and innovation.
