Mr Pankaj Gupta has been elevated as the new Area General Manager to oversee the operations of 8 operational hotels and 2 pre-opening properties, including his continued leadership as General Manager at Crowne Plaza New Delhi Mayur Vihar, within IHG Hotels & Resorts – South West Asia.
With over two decades of experience in the hospitality industry, Mr. Gupta has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership and operational prowess. As the former General Manager of Crowne Plaza Mayur Vihar, he led initiatives in revenue growth, operational efficiency, and guest satisfaction, setting new standards for the industry.

Additionally, he was bestowed with the prestigious IMEA GM Conference Innovation Impact Award in 2023 and the GM Par Excellence Award by HT City in the same year.
