Mr. Shinoj Joseph has been appointed as the General Manager of O by Tamara Trivandrum, a premium luxury business hotel of Tamara Leisure Experiences.
Mr. Shinoj has vast experience in the hospitality sector and in a career span of 21 years, he held leadership positions in various hotels & resorts which include Kumarakom Lake Resort, The Raviz, and Taj Ginger Hotels. Prior to this appointment, he was working as the Area General Manager, Bangalore of Royal Orchid & Regenta Hotels.
Mr. Shinoj holds a Doctorate in Hospitality Management from the Indian School of Business Management in addition to MBA and Hotel schooling. Shinoj started his career with Kumarakom Lake Resort, subsequently joined with Air India, and later with Qatar Airways as Cabin Crew.
Shinoj is a passionate hotelier and has bagged various accolades and awards such as Most admires General Manager 2018 from TIMES, Hospitality Superstar from STAR Group, and Young Achiever 2021 from World Of Hospitality in association with AHPWI.
