Accor continues to strengthen its leadership team at Novotel Ahmedabad with the appointment of Shelly Sharma as the new Director of Sales and Marketing. Sharma brings over a decade of experience in hospitality sales and a keen understanding of diverse markets to her new role, marking a strategic move for the hotel.

Before joining Novotel Ahmedabad, Shelly served as the Cluster Director of Sales for ibis New Delhi Aerocity and ibis Jaipur. In that role, she successfully led multi-market teams and significantly boosted business growth across both transient and corporate segments. Her extensive career has spanned major Indian cities including Delhi, Gurgaon, Bengaluru, and Jaipur, providing her with a comprehensive national perspective and a strong network across the country.
