Marking 30 years of presence in India, Pernod Ricard India, a global leader in spirits and wine, proudly unveils its inaugural premium Indian single malt, Longitude77. This distinctive offering underscores Pernod Ricard India’s dedication to local craftsmanship, premiumization, and innovation.

Longitude77, crafted in India for both the domestic and global markets, pays homage to Pernod Ricard India’s legacy in the country. It is meticulously designed to cater to aficionados of authentic contemporary Indian luxury. By introducing its premier Indian Single Malt, the company aims to redefine India’s global standing in the realm of genuine luxury and exquisite craftsmanship while preserving the nation’s rich artistic heritage.

Inspired by India’s diverse culture, landscape, and terroir, Longitude77 is artfully distilled by Pernod Ricard’s master distillers using locally sourced, top-tier ingredients. Produced in small batches at a distillery in Dindori, Nashik (Maharashtra), the launch exemplifies Pernod Ricard’s enduring commitment to India, its spirit of innovation, and its emphasis on investing in the country.

The brand derives its name from the longitude that traverses India at 77° east, symbolizing India’s position on the world map. It envisions an India of unparalleled luxury and sophistication, encouraging discerning consumers to explore and connect with their roots in unique and meaningful ways. Double matured in American Bourbon barrels and wine casks, the single malt boasts a natural mahogany hue, a testament to its meticulous aging process. The bottle is presented in a matte finish cannister painted in Indigo, a color bestowed upon the world by India.
