The book Skill Sphere was officially launched at Uday Samudra, Kovalam, by Honourable Vice-Chancellor Mohanan Kunnummal, Kerala University and the first copy was handed over to officials of IHMCT Kovalam. Skill Sphere is Specially curated for students aspiring to build careers in hospitality, aviation, and tourism, Skill Sphere is designed as a comprehensive guide to skill development. The book covers essential areas including Self-grooming and body language Personality development Team building and problem-solving Power of character, harmony, and inspiration Managing peer pressure.
The book, Hotel Operations Manual- Part 1 was launched by Mahesh Krishna, Principal, RIHMCT and the first copy was handed over to Jayakumar CEO Poovar Island Resort. It was released during the event this practical SOP manual is created for 3-star and 4-star hotels, equipping management and staff with structured training and operational procedures. It is also an invaluable academic tool for catering colleges, enabling students to understand department-wise hotel operations.
