Sheraton Grand Palace Indore brought in Indore Foundation Day by hosting the Holkar Calendar launch event in collaboration with Zafar Ansari Museum of Indore, which showcased the city’s richness including the cultural, heritage, and historical importance and its various branches of history.
Situated in the heart of the country, the city of Indore is steeped in history and is home to many historical monuments and forts. Celebrating its history, the calendar was launched by Prashant Tripathi, Director of Sales, Sheraton Grand Palace Indore, and Dr. Zafar Ansari, a historian, archivist, and conservationist who devoted his entire career to establishing a museum that is one of India’s richest collections.
Prashant Tripathi, Director of Sales, Sheraton Grand Palace Indore said, “The history of this city is rich and complex. The Holkar calendar explores the important events and peoples that have shaped the city and taking a step back in time, the event proved to be the best way for the guests to experience the history and discover the roots of the city”.
