STAAH  has become a game changer for Chocolate Hotels Pvt. Ltd. The group, which promotes seven luxury hotels and resorts across the Indian cities of Kolkata, Jaipur, Goa, Ranchi, Mandarmoni, and Midnapore, has reported a 50% increase in room nights post deploying the STAAH MAX Channel Manager solution.

The group was struggling to manage the inventory and rates across its seven properties manually. Problems like failed uploads, slow updates, and managing multiple profiles via the extranet of every online travel channel were not only time-consuming but also led to booking errors detrimental to any property’s reputation.
