Revitalized StarCruises Brand Returns to Iconic Hong Kong homeport, cruising to Okinawa, Japan and Taiwan.

StarCruises has announced the highly anticipated debut of the Star Voyager cruise ship in Hong Kong, operating from 27 June to 31 August 2025. This exciting development marks the return of the revitalized StarCruises brand to one of its most iconic homeports, which started cruises in Hong Kong more than 30 years ago.

The arrival of Star Voyager is poised to significantly boost cruise tourism in Hong Kong and across the region, offering travellers a fresh wave of voyage options while reaffirming StarCruises’ long-standing commitment to Asia’s dynamic cruise market.

During her homeport season in Hong Kong, Star Voyager will offer a series of immersive itineraries, including 2, 3, and 5 Night Cruises to sought-after destinations such as Taipei (Keelung), Kaohsiung and Penghu in Taiwan, as well as to Naha and Ishigaki in Okinawa, Japan. Among the highlights is the return of the popular 2 Night Weekend High Seas Cruise, departing every Friday – perfectly tailored for guests seeking a short, indulgent escape at sea.

As part of its summer season, Star Voyager will offer captivating sailings from Hong Kong to the vibrant port city of Kaohsiung and the idyllic archipelago of Penghu.
